Florida panhandle fly fishing season for Tarpon is quickly approaching! Be sure to book your dates with me for the annual migration of the greatest gamefish in existence. Experience the famous flats of Pancea, Carabelle, Apalachicola, along with Port Saint Joe and many other undisclosed locations. I guide all over the Gulf Coast but these are the waters I grew up in. This is a special time of year for me because this is where it all started for me over 19 years ago.
Fly fishing for tarpon really is a lifetime sport as is golf or tennis. There is alway’s room for improvement and new locations are learned or figured out each year. Tarpon will take you to the really remote locations off the beaten path. You will find yourself in locations that you never imagined you would go. Small little forgotten towns scattered around the Florida gulf coast are now on the map.
In late April tarpon will arrive in the northern waters of the gulf referred to as the “Panhandle.” They will move through the area in great numbers. I will be located on the Florida Panhandle by early May headed off the migration of these great fish. Contact me today to reserve your dates for the summer Panhandle tarpon season.
