The 2016 Tarpon season off the Panhandle has been one for the books. The weather has been relentlessly mild. No wind on a daily basis and very little rain or thunderstorms. The fish have been here like they alway’s are. Lot’s of happy Angler’s this season with hook up after hookup! The water has been in perfect condition (almost too clean) due to the lack of rainfall and wind. July has been awesome leading up to the moon with great numbers of migratory’s moving through there usual locations and crushing flies consistently. This really is the best location for Fly Fishing for Tarpon hands down and I’m lucky to be involved as a guide. See you next season!
