The endless shorelines of the Louisiana marsh are loaded with bull redfish during the month of February each and every year. February is weeks away. I just had the 10th – 15th open up. I also have the 18th – 20th available. This is not a month to skip here in Louisiana. I have alway’s said that December – February are by far the best months to fly fish in Louisiana for redfish.
The winter months call for crystal clear water and huge bulls. These fish like the shallow marsh waters because the temps are right and the marsh is full to the brim with bait. The redfish are happy and feel safe in the shallows from predation. In other words their guard is down. Join me in February this season for an opportunity to sight fish a bull redfish of a lifetime during the best timeframe to be here!
